Ruchi in hindi means “Interest” and having a genuine interest in improving the lives of the people she interacts with is truly the purpose of her life. Ruchi believes she makes a positive impact on the lives and over all well being of the people she meets, works and lives with. This urge to make a difference propelled her towards learning, practicing and teaching “Yoga”.

An experienced yoga acharya, Ruchi is committed to make a difference in the lives of people by applying the knowledge of yoga philosophy. She has also done her diploma in Apparel Manufacturing and designing and fashion merchandising from The Sophia Polytechnic. Her ambition is to help people realize the importance of yoga in their lives to maintain a healthy body and a balanced mind. Ruchi believes in using her in depth knowledge and understanding in the field of yoga as a tool for relaxation, happiness and a health free lifestyle.Ruchi holds a certificate from the yoga institute for completion of a 900 hour training program in comprehensive yoga teachers training course. She is proficient in teaching the theoretical, practical and educational aspects of yoga. She has worked as a coordinator for the three months teachers training program at the yoga institute. She has experience in guiding students and training them to become yoga acharya or instructors. Her area of expertise spans across yoga asanas, pranayamas, public speaking, motivator, life coaching and much more.
